Surabaya Chinatown Hotels

"Hospitality and service is top rated. We thank Chef Heru, Raki, Lena, Nadila and Valda for their efforts"

"Everything is good, slight improvement could be at the breakfast."

"Staff was helpful and room service was very quick."

"Very good hospitality and well synchronized staff"

"The hotel is in a brilliant location, right on Tunjungan Street and surrounded by shops and cafés. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The Sky Bar is also a nice spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time here."

"The best hotel I’ve visited ever!!!"

"Clean and great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is nice"

"Great location"

"Pleasant and relaxing stay, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was ok, room and bathroom not as spacious but good enough and toiletries provided. Beside the mall and nearby restaurants"

"Breakfast was weak, not much options. The bath towels was worned and old."

"L9 of the BG Junction Mall. Great service from the staff. Relatively comfortable room with the exception of the lingering smell of cigarettes. Good a/c and wifi. Many food choices inside the mall. "

"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"Everything about this hotel was great. I had no issues with anything. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Clean, Friendly, Front of Plaza"

"Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Assisted me in many different ways."

"Perfect"

"Location near port of Tanjung Perak. Nice staff and room's always clean."

"It"s an old hotel, but the bed is very comfortable"
