「We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. 」

「We recently stayed at this site as a family (my wife, daughter, and I) and had a fantastic time. There was plenty to do throughout the day to keep our little one entertained, and in the evenings, it was lovely to relax in the private hot tub once she was asleep — a real bonus! The location was great too, with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes away, which made for some lovely day trips. We also had a bit of car trouble on our first day when our car wouldn’t start. 「An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. 」

「Lovely old property -well maintained. Plenty of parking. Views of the Cader range beautiful. Food both in the evening and breakfast was delicious. Very fresh and nicely presented. Good choice of food. Our host was lovely-very friendly and chatty. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again.」
