「Normally our stay is fine. This was not good at all. Dirty sheets, no internet service to the room television, ice machine outside our door on the fritz all night long beeping and on the Fritz, arguments outside our room. Just not a pleasant stay and when I called up front no one answered. I had my little granddaughter so I couldn’t just go up front, she was asleep.」

「Air conditioner didn't work very well. We needed an extra key so my husband went down to the lobby to get one. It was just handed to him, they didn't ask him for identification or credit card to verify identity. He could have asked for a key to any room, which is scary because anyone could have asked for a key to our room.」

「I will book again. Communication was perfect. the 3rd bedroom picture wasn't there but I received a picture of it, so all is good. Very roomy. The unit is downtown right across from a hospital. Walking distance to a liquor store and other type stores. No issues at all, us 3 old ladies felt safe there.」

「No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...
