「good and safe neighborhood, nice appartment complex. nice seaview from balcony. internet works very well. carpark locked at night. beach access just around the corner. walking distance to malechon.the apoartment itself is ok. floors, walls, furnitures, bathrooms, appliances dishes etc. are all very used and old. most of the windowlocks are damaged, the door to the balcony can not be locked at all. no beach umbrella or - loungers, no cleaning utensils at all. no mexican or beach feeling at all....
