“Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience!”

Even though it was a mile away from the city activity, I felt safe to walk the mile to get there, and it was very easy to get an Uber at any time of day or night. We were unable to use the pool or outdoor area due to the numerous mosquitoes. I would not consider this a safe property for children due to the lack of safety railing on the stairs leading to the apartment. As an adult,……

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at La Casa del Xix. Jose and his wife Maria Elena greeted us at our arrival and waved us good-bye at our departure and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The property is charming, the pool fabulous, the palapa a perfect place to hang out, the beach only steps away and the WiFi worked great. Not so great was the water pressure in the showers and the kitchen equipment is very basic, but functional. The property is part of two other houses that share……

Everything was as it should be with the apartment matching the photos you see (very uncommon in my past experiences). Right on the water with beautiful landscaping. A real oasis to relax in and walking distance right into town. Will visit again.”

“We had a lovely time here, this is a beautifully designed home with big sliding doors out to the pool and beach and sweet courtyard beside the stunning staircase ! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. The wind can be very loud in some of the rooms. The kitchen was large, lovely and easy to use, pots were good, lots of tupperwear, knives adequate and lots of cutlery, but not a lot of mixing bowls etc. and not well stocked with food basics. Good to note - there is only a bar to sit……
