「Excellent hotel, rooms and service. However, I gave only 3/5 on the amenities due to the shuttle bus to the airport only running once per hour. If you land late at night, last thing you want to do is wait 45 minutes at the airport. Given the rather remote location of this hotel, guests need a solid shuttle service. Special mention to the front desk. The check-in process was very efficient and welcoming. The hotel just needs to fix the shuttle issue and it will be a blast.」

「The Auberge Hotal is a nice place to stay at and is in a lovely, peaceful location. However, the hotel management doesn't make you feel welcome and are really impolite, unfriendly and apathetic. The junior staff are the opposite and do their best to make you feel welcome, are courteous and empathetic.」
