"This place is in a quiet area in Yufuin. Open fields and mountains in the background give you an amazing view from your room for sunsets, or sunrises. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This is secluded enough to enjoy a quiet stay, but still be close enough to drive to Beppu and Oita to enjoy the city attractions."

"Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "
