Cozy and comfortable
Staff are super friendly. About a 15 min walk from the station. On the way u will pass by a Max Value supermarket that closes at 11pm. Beautiful public onsen. Free 1 hr private selected onsen and some has a very small fee. Dinner was amazing and is served early between 6 to 7pm sittings, so after dinner and onsen, we headed to the supermarket to grab some snacks. Breakfast were definitely a highlight as well. We went there for our anniversary and the host gifted us a nice picture for memoirs.

Lovely Ryokan
Excellent service! Breakfast and dinner were amazing. So much thoughts and efforts put into the food presentation, we truly appreciate the Japanese Kaiseki. Room was clean and cosy. Over the 3 night stay, we tried the public and family onsens. The public onsen has a wonderful snow-capped mountain view! Despite the icy cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor public onsen. So relaxing!

Absolute pleasure to stay here!
This was our first time ever in a ryokan and we could not have enjoyed it more! The staff here is wonderful- totally committed to your comfort and sooo helpful. We are from US and do not speak Japanese but everyone was patient and worked with us. And the food- incredible!!!

Very cosy ryokan, with friendly staff
Very good service, the ryokan emailed us immediately after our booking, to ask about the number of guests to prepare the amenities. They provided free pick up service from the train station as well. The dinner and breakfast was very yummy. The ryokan was very cost and futons very comfortable!

地點離由布院站不遠，走路7-8分鐘. 露天風呂環境優美，家庭呂風要先預約，基本上每預約到。一切非常滿意，值得推薦！

很靚，每間屋都很有特色， 週圍環境都很舒服， 用餐地點都舒服， 唔洗屈住隻腳， 老人家會冇咁辛苦！ 私人溫泉兩人會剛好， 4人嘅話就太迫， 但大眾池就很舒服， 露天感覺會很自然， 而且都夠大！ 房間唔夠暖， 冬天夜晚瞓覺有啲涷！

완벽한 유후인 여행을 만들어준 평생 기억에 남을 숙소!!
노천탕에 들어가서 말로 표현 못할 만큼 행복함을 느꼈어요 일본식 집도 멋지고 정원에 풀한포기 집 안의 물건 하나하나에도 주인의 배려가 느껴졌어요. 저녁의 가이세키 요리도 보는 눈과 먹는 입이 모두 즐거웠어요 일본과의 사이가 안좋아서 조금 걱정했는데 그럴 필요 없이 전직원이 아주 친절하고 배려심이 느껴졌어요 이 숙소 때문에 유후인에 다시 오고 싶어요 숙박 고민하시는 분들 고민 마시고 무조건 여기로 가세요! 두 번 가세요!!

비교적 만족스러운 온천료칸
전반적으로 만족. 가성비도 좋고 가이세키 저녁과 벤토같은 아침 다 좋음! 간도 세지 않고, 아주 건강식으로... 짜고 매운 음식에 길들여진 입맛에는 심심할수 있음. 직원들의 서비스도 좋왔고 시설도 깨끗했고 노천탕도 아주 좋왔음! 역이나 버스터미널에서도 비가 오거나 너무 춥거나 짐이 많치 않음 걸을만함. 송영서비스는 없는것 같음!

I Love It
The service was friendly and awesome. They have the best hotel environment in town, although it’s a little distant from the lake and train station. But it is not a jig issue since walking in Yufuin could be fun as well. Their public hot spring is really cozy and very well equipped. I’ll highly recommend this hotel. More than 5 stars

スタッフの皆さんが凄く丁寧で、料理も美味しくお風呂も幾つかの家族風呂と大浴場を備えていて大満足です。 お部屋も全室離れとなっておりゆっくり過ごせました。

距離車站有一段短距離，不太遠，環境非常優美，温泉很舒服，能觀望山景，亦有家庭温泉可選擇，消除疲勞，服務人員態度好。
