"Fantastic property in a great location"

"Self check in was fine — there were 2 staff available to assist. The room has a small fridge, tub, Alexa, TV. The location is just steps from the train station. There is an iron and microwave available on each floor. Breakfast was fine: a rice ball with Monaka, some pickles, and tea or coffee hot or cold, Other items available for purchase. I would stay here again. The value for the price is fantastic. The lockers will only fit a carryon size suitcase but there are larger lockers available at the train station — they appear to be changing them to card payment . "

"The stay went very well. The sights and scenery were elite and remarkable. The food service was well put together and efficient. I appreciated that the hotel works with a luggage delivery service and helped make the stay a little more convenient apart from trying to send the luggage to Narita airport the day before we left and they were unable to. The hotel and the room were beautiful and the view from the room was great"

"This ryokan is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very kind and exceeded our expectations in everyway. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The view from our personal onsen was beautiful. After a week of walking around tokyo it was the perfect way to relax. The food was great and we loved our personal dinning area. I have no complaints at all. If you are looking to stay in hakone, stay in Hakone Airu. "

"Hotel Okada is slightly further from the Station so recommend arranging Taxi services ahead of time if necessary. Location is an older location but very well maintained. Appreciated the breakfast's buffet variety and available facilities. We were there for a single overnight stay but definitely is worthy of a 2 or 3 night stay to relax. Line for the shuttle can get long with all the hotels that are serviced. Tatami room was definitely spacious and provided ample room for a small family if needed."

"Our stay was incredible, we were hesitant to book due to the price but we can confidently say that we made the right decision. We booked our reservation for 3 nights and definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer! We were immediately greeted with friendly staff who offered us tea & sweet treats as we checked in. The onsen on the patio is a dream, definitely the highlight! The view of the ocean is amazing, and the rooms are spacious! We loved breakfast every morning, and we love that it was included! It had a great combination of western options as well as traditional Japanese. If you’re looking for a place to splurge, this is one that definitely deserves your money."
