“Loved this place, and Dawson in general. Always love staying in historic accommodations. The room was fantastic, beds incredibly comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. And this place checked off the three most important things on my hotel checklist - clean, quiet and (as stated earlier) comfortable. Ample parking, and right in the centre of it all. I stayed during the offseason, so the Sourtoe Cocktail was being offered at another location, but this I believe is the in-season location. If you wanna……

“The front desk service has a good check-in attitude. It is a pity that it is possible to deposit a credit card for guarantee but cannot pay in cash. Walking in the room without slippers is unhygienic.”

“My room was cozy, comfy and clean! My bed was firm - my preference in beds. Always appreciate the Sternwheeler, their flexible/late check-ins and friendly staff. Great food in their restaurant too! This quirky floors hotel is a welcome reprieve for weary travellers and tourists. :)”
