「The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and even had a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The soap in the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Room was clean but dated and property was in need of upkeep. There appeared to be numerous long term guests, and the vibe leaned more toward low rent apartments rather than hotel. Not horrible, but also not reflective of the guest rating presented at booking.」

「Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.」

「The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good.」

So we checked back to the front desk. The young man apologized gave me another room we get to that room and once again the door does not open.
