"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar. "

"We booked for four nights and managed 1! When first arriving at the location we were not welcomed and instead made to feel as if we were a burden. This instantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went to the room and instantly felt dirty as the place was not clean and things were broken such as cupboards and light fixtures. When attempting to take a shower we realised there was also no hot water, so this was completely unpleasant. We sat back and booked a new place for three times...
