“cheap but no elevator. Dust clotted in ventilator. Glass door and toilet seat are broken .You need to bring your own amenities. There was a sewage smell released from the basin at midnight. ”

“屋主非常好!”

“1人で約5日間滞在しました。部屋が新しくて綺麗でした。個人的にいちばん嬉しかったのは洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、さらに干す為のハンガーと吊り下げの洗濯バサミがあったことです。駅も近く、坂も少ないため大きなスーツケースで移動するのも苦ではありませんでした。近くに商店街があり、薬局やコンビニ、飲食店も豊富です。騒音もなく、苦にならない程度の人通りがあるところのすぐ近くなので治安もよく、夜でも安心して外を歩くことが出来ました。壁床が薄目なので大きな音を立てると響きやすいこと、チェックインの時部屋の鍵が入っている箱を見つけるのに手間取ったこと、玄関が狭いのが少し注意点です。欠点を含めても、値段以上の質が担保されていると感じました。品川周辺で用事がある時はまた利用したいです。”

“It was a very nice little apartment. It's close to the stores and to the train station. Loved it.”

“The unit was very clean and had all the amenities for a 11 night stay. The host was very kind, coming to the rescue when we couldn’t open the lock box or the refrigerator started making noise (it was just not closed properly). There were three stations nearby, making travel convenient and plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. ”

“Stayed for 10 days and it was great for a single occupant with a decent amount of luggage. If you have a lot of luggage and there's two occupants, it might be a tight squeeze, so think about how much room you want, or if youre just using the room to sleep and showr!”

“We had very nice stay in Tokyo. This location was superb. We were in a quiet neighborhood with lots of local shopping and trains very close by yet the neighborhood was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop! We arrived in Haneda late and took the train to our hotel. I would say it was 45 minutes of travel. Our host met us at 11pm local just to make sure we could get in. We had everything we needed in the apartment, including slippers, towels, and bathing supplies. We even did laundry! There was no……
