“Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.”

“super zentral gelegen. Ideal, um zu Fuß die wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden, auch mit schönen Lädchen. Sehr saubere und renovierte Zimmer. Charmantes und freundliches Service-Team. Dadurch, dass sich das Hotel quasi mitten in der Fußgängerzone befindet und derzeit viele Baustellen, Sperrungen und enge Einbahnstraßen sind, war es für uns schwierig, mit dem Auto-Navi in der Nacht, dorthin zu finden. Die E-Ladesäule in der Hotel-Garage ist zwar vorinstalliert, aber war zu dem Zeitpunkt leider noch……

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

“Stadtbesuch mit Weihnachtsmarkt. Food und Glühwein gut, leider hatte der Weihnachtsmarkt am Abend des 27.12.2024 nicht offen und beim Münster fehlten meines Erachtens auch die Weihnachtsstände. Schade!!”

While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”
