Make staff were so incredibly rude, shockingly patriarchal, self righteous and unhelpful we had to leave for a better hotel and environment. The only acceptable thing about this hotel is the hotel manager who is a professional lady who agreed to refund the money for two out of three nights we were supposed to spend at the hotel.
