"A very quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea and a lovely walk way to another bar. All staff were fantastic ans very helpful, cheerful and willing to help. (Even joing in our game of table football)! Good variety of food and drink each day. Horseriding, mini golf, table tennis, pool, darts and tennis available. The beach near the pizza shack needs sorting out though, just clear up the rubbish and old seaweed -It could be a beautiful spot!"

"For the price, we think this property could be better maintained. We had a leak in our sink that was unable to be fixed during our stay. The room could have been cleaner overall. However, the location was great on the beach and the food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. "

We enjoyed the delicious food made with love, and the beach dinners were unforgettable, complete with an amazing show under the stars. "Incredibly historic building with unique individually decorated rooms! Perfect location for walking around Stonetown. Delicious breakfast served on rooftop! Request Belle room if you don't want a lot of stairs. It has a huge balcony along the front of the building so it's fun to see tourists stop and take photos!"

"This is a lovely quiet each front hotel, we stepped from our door onto the sand. Roo.s are good and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! We would stay again in a heart beat..."
