“Staff very friendly. Owner was there also, and able to talk with her as well. Had a power outage, and staff was able to transfer guests to other rooms that had power that was on the site's back up generator.”

“Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.”

The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. Also, the main driveway entrance to the property has a large dip which cause the front of my rental car to hit at the bottom as I would pull in or out of the property. They could……

“Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!”

“Was clean the food was so, so the people were very friendly and nice, the Internet was no good. The showers were ice cold there were no phones in the room. Nothing was near for meals or anything, they did not come to pick us up at the airport”
