Tucked away on a peaceful side street, our cosy home is perfect for relaxing and fun gatherings. The spacious living room invites everyone to come together with plenty of seating, a TV, and a fireplace, making it ideal for movie nights or game evenings with your whole group.
For added entertainment, we’ve included a dartboard, a selection of board games, and a 7-foot multi-game table offering Air Hockey, Pool, and Table Tennis options. There’s also a convenient pay-as-you-go Honesty Bar, stocked and ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Just off the living room is a quaint inner garden, a peaceful spot for sipping your morning coffee surrounded by greenery. The house features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need—stove, oven, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher—designed for a seamless cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a dining area that comfortably seats all 10 guests, perfect for group meals and maximising your time together.
For those needing to work, the lower floor hosts a sizable desk area with high-speed 250x15 Mbps Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets for charging devices. Nearby, you'll find a diverse selection of books and a cosy lounger for those moments of rest.
A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located next to the living area—ideal for freshening up before or after a dip in the pool.
The heart of the house is an open courtyard, featuring stairs that lead down to our heated indoor pool, as well as up to the additional rooms. Please note that this courtyard is fully open to the sky, meaning you’ll enjoy sunshine on bright days and feel the rain on wet ones—it adds a natural charm to your stay. All bedrooms are accessed through this open-air courtyard, so moving between areas means stepping briefly outside.
On this level, the Moonstone bedroom includes a sofa bed that accommodates two, offering extra space during the day.
Ascend to the first floor, where two queen bedrooms—Malachite and Emerald—boast private en-suite bathrooms and a shared balcony. The expansive Jasper suite is also here, equipped with a king-size bed, a luxurious bathtub, and a walk-in wardrobe.
Step out onto the communal sun terrace, which offers ample space for open-air gatherings. We have a corner outfitted with various sports equipment for those who enjoy staying active. The iconic Maltese spiral staircase, 'Il-Garigor,' leads up from this corner to the top floor.
Our capacious Azurite bedroom has an expansive sun terrace and separate bathroom facilities. All rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi and powerful climate control units to ensure your comfort in any season.
Our indoor pool remains the highlight, staying cool during the summer months and comfortably heated during winter, ensuring a pleasant swim anytime.
The pool is kept at a steady 29°C for your comfort, and the temperature is not adjustable.
