"This was a great place to stay. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. The location was fabulous and close to PNC Park which was our reason for the visit. Would recommend for any visitors coming for a game."

"The building itself is pretty dated, and the rooms were dark and had power issues with the outlets. The rooms had no fridge or microwave, which was an issue for me as someone who uses insulin. There was also a pillow shortage, so each bed only had one pillow. We visited this location during the NFL draft, unintentionally, so that may have been the reason for the issues, but the building and the rooms were not the cleanest. Parking was also a significant issue as well, and there were no alternatives provided when the lot became full."

"The hotel and room were nice and cleanliness was not an issue. There is an additional $16.05 charged once you are checking in per day for parking. Really!?!?! I paid to stay in a your hotel and had to pay to park to stay there. I won’t stay here again. "

"Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay. Expedia - I expect better from you -"

"The front desk lady the checked is in was AWESOME very helpful and pleasant. She went to the trouble of finding us rooms with the best view. The room was extremely clean. Really enjoyed this trip to Pittsburgh!!"

"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."
