We had a brilliant stay for our honeymoon and the staff helped us make it extra special. Our room was excellent and we loved seeing the views of the mountains. Great breakfast buffet and very relaxing spa. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, very quaint. Breakfast was excellent. Frustrating that the resort is advertised as “family friendly” however the majority of pools are closed to kids after 4 PM.

Pretty Close to train station and main shopping dining area. Breakfast was outstanding and waitstaff were great. Dinner was also delicious. Spa/pool fantastic. We got a large 2 king 2 bath room with a nice view which was great having our teenagers with us, but one of the beds was in the living area so it wouldn’t be ideal for 2 couples.

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!

It’s an awesome property. Their staff is also welcoming and helpful. I loved their breakfast as they had many options for vegetarians as well. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Zermatt.

My wife and I had arrived to the resort a couple of hours before check-in time. The staff are top notch. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the the staff took care of our luggage and kept them safe until the room was ready. Even brought them to our room while we were out visiting the town of Zermat. We were very fortunate to get a complimentary room upgrade with a walkout patio with some chairs and a view of the Matterhorn. We were very appreciative since it was unexpected. The room was beautiful, super clean and bed was comfortable. We had also paid extra for the breakfast buffet for our 3 day adventure in Zermat and the breakfast was excellent! You definitely get your money's worth paying for that option. From made to order eggs to croissant and various fruit options to cereal. There's something for everyone's taste. We didn't get to try out all that LaGinabelle had to offer like the spa but our experience at this beautiful resort and its excellent staff will always be remembered. If you stay for a minimum of 3 nights the hotel shuttle is also complimentary but not far to walk if you chose to that instead. If we get the chance to ever go back to Zermat we will definitely go back to LaGinabelle Resort.

Great resort super friendly staff. We stayed there for a ski holiday. 5 minute walk to the Sunnegga funicular and right across the street from the blue shuttle to get to the other lifts. The breakfast was great and our family enjoyed the Spa facilities after our days of skiing. Highly recommend this hotel.
