From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. 」

「Hotel Matthiol is located in a quiet area which takes around 15 mintues by the hotel shuttle bus. We have the fondue for dinner inside an outdoor transparent tent which is very special and romantic. The service of the staff is excellent. It takes around 10 mins walk from the hotel to the downtown and cable car to the Matterhorn. The view from the balcony of our room is just fine since it’s not facing to the Matterhorn. The only required improvement is the water leakage problem of the shower...
