Rooms are keeping up with the renowned hotel. It’s the 60th floor bar is a set back. The service was poor and the drinks are not acceptable

The cleaner seems to be in a rush. When we enter the room, she rushed in to replace the shampoo and body wash. And we also found a cleaning cloth she left behind on the carpet.

Great hotel in Zhongshan (if not the best)
Great hotel. Very convenient location centrally situated at the heart of Zhong Shan. Can take buses to move around the city. Helpful and friendly staff. The room can be brighter. The roof top on 60th floor offers stunning view of the city. The bar on 59th floor has live music with very good singers. The bar is a bit too bright though as the management puts on the sports TV channel on one end of the room with the singers on the other end. A bit of the waste of the night view of the city as it is not easy to have a good look outside. The bar manager is very helpful with good advice of the wine choices.

A good choice in Zhongshan.
The room is spacious. The breakfast was delicious with many choices of food, except that we have to walk a long distance to get the food. The location is rather convenient with shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Our stay and 3 rooms were in great condition and kept clean daily. The customer service received was good. If there were one thing that stood out it would've been the level of English communication, but being that I was the foreigner visiting Zhongshan, I didn't want to review just based on that. There were, however, some outstanding Hilton employees who went over and beyond and I took the liberty to tip directly: Sayed and Vinson. Sayed was amazing and so very helpful when my husband ended up with a sprang/injured ankle. Vinson was so attentive to both my husband and father during that time. Thank you and I would definitely stay again at the Zhongshan Downtown Hilton.

酒店周围环境很好，旁边很多小吃。楼下就有星巴客。孩子跟一个姓罗的教练学了3堂游泳课，进步很多。以后来中山还会选择住在这里。
