It is always a pleasure to see your housekeeping staff whenever we are in Taipei. Beyond the exceptional housekeeping, the hotel's strategic location is a massive advantage for families. Being within easy reach of the High-Speed Rail, Railway, and Bus/MRT stations made navigating the city with our kids and elderly parents an absolute breeze. Our appreciation extends to every department that made our stay seamless: the Front Office team for their warm welcomes, the Concierge for their assistance, the Security team for ensuring our safety, the Gym staff, and the Breakfast Buffet team for starting our days off right. "I had a pleasant stay here with my family. The check-in and check-out was convenient, no overcharge or problem. The staff was very friendly and speak English. When we encounter leaky faucet, we told the cleaning staff, they fix it right away. Breakfast buffets were awesome, asian and western food. MRT was on the same block. We will stay here again."
