"Saw many positive feedback and decide to book this hotel. Overall no major issue and very satisfied with the room and service. Only setback was the lady cleaning the room. Didn’t top up bottle drink nor clear the cups. "

"All throughout our stay, we’re just impressed! We got there 2hrs earlier from the required check-in time, without even us asking, they said we could go to our room! We had a beautiful view of the park & buildings, & we love our room! Very comfy bed & all. Front desk Elena and Angel helped us tremendously and patiently navigate Taoyuan. They were warm, super nice, & helpful, basically set the tone of our entire stay. Our fam was happy we chose to book in this awesome hotel. The only regret we have is that we should’ve stayed much longer here. Thank you hotel kuva chateau! Your customer service by all your staff, esp displayed by Elena & Angel, were pretty awesome!"

"A good hotel. A good room but it was small with NO enough space to place a full size language. The area is awesome and very convenient area for walking and shopping in general. "

"A very nice hotel. Clean and modern and right by a major station for travel on the MRT or the HSR. The concierge was friendly and helpful and we were able to use the swimming pool on the roof when the temperatures began to rise"

"Right above the train station and a metro station about a block behind, so transport is very convenient. Car parking is included in room rates, but the car park is opposite connected by an overhead bridge. Carrefour is not too far away. Only drawback is I didn't receive my VIP benefit likely because they used self-check in."
