"This could have been an excellent rating and if only based on the quality of the accommodation it would be. However, we had issues on our arrival . No one was there to meet us. Luckily some other residents let us in to the property as we had no proper access codes but it took some time before a rep for the property mgt company arrived not to mention costly phone calls for us. On day two these issues were all remedied and the property management staff was very helpful. But a whole day wasted on a...
