"This Vrbo was a perfect stay for our family while visiting Virginia. The cabin is about 2 miles from ruckersville but is in a perfectly quiet area. Our only critic was in order to get to the second bedroom you have to walk through the bathroom with the shower. This was not a large hindrance for our family. Very pleasant owners. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Wik hosted our micro-wedding weekend event at his lovely horse farm and log home estate. The property is beautiful and serene and was the perfect spot for our intimate family retreat. The log home is immaculate and well appointed. We enjoyed fishing, yard games and relaxing on the porch, followed by s'mores on the bonfire by the pond. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it!"

"We decided to look for a place after dropping off our son at NC State. What a wonderful couple of days!! Our teenage boys (aged 14 and 17) loved taking out the row boat and paddle board to fish. They caught something every time they put in their poles. Water was warm and cabin was cozy. Boys will definitely want to return!!"

"This treehouse is darling. Very clean, hosts were super responsive with any questions. The path in is well-marked, a little steep in spots, but not daunting, so wear appropriate shoes. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We really liked the house, the lake, the area. However, we did encounter an ant problem at the house and the homeowner is aware and trying to fix it. Not fire ants, just annoying sugar ants. We ended up having to hide our food in the microwave and fridge, couldn't leave anything out on the counters, they find their way into any container it seemed."

"Everything was great with the exception of the check in process. Since this property is a timeshare, the owner is to book the rsvp under the travelers name. Checking in was a nightmare & the staff made it worse they urged me to leave because I was “scammed” after my family & I drove for hours to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday. I will say, when I contacted the host they were pretty quick to fix things and I was able to check in fine. The property is beautiful. Everything was great otherwise."

"We were really surprised at how nice the cabin was…not a log cabin but updated to have current decor. The cabin was spacious and it was nice to have so many towels available! Lots to do for the kiddos too! If you like outdoor activities, you’ll really enjoy what the resort has to offer. The only disappointment was when we checked in about 5pm, the specific cabin we rented which was a lake front cabin was not available. I was asked if we wanted to wait and while I wanted to know how long the wait...

"This house is tucked away in a quiet corner of the lake. The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and had a great layout. Our 3 year old loved the bunk beds in the upstairs room! We brought our boat along and were pleased to find the dock well bumpered and the perfect size. It was also a great dock to fish from and we even caught some large mouth bass! The property has a great view of the water, and is very private as there are woods on one side and the neighbor on the other sides home...
