NIce property. No internet service

Property was very nice. The main problem we had is the property is way up in the hills in a gated community and I didn't make note of the combination to open the door until I got to the property and had no internet when we got to the property so had to go down the hill and into town to get internet signal. The queen bed in the downstairs bedroom is very high and I used a step ladder to get in and out of bed. We couldn't get internet to work in the house even with printed instructions. Other than those two challenges, everything was great. Good communications with owner.
