“When pulling out the sofa bed a sheet was found with feces on it, we were disgusted. They brought us new sheets and were apologetic. But that is a health violation in my mind, and we wondered what else we would find. The hotel is quiet and has a really nice outdoor area for relaxing. Breakfast was really good!”

“We tried to leave our luggage prior to check in time and were told no, they could not do that. Very unusal!. On the positive side, the front desk did refrigerate some meds before we checked in. Breakfast was good.”

“PROS: Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Amazing breakfast! A convenient two-minute drive to App State! CONS: The tiniest parking spaces I've ever seen at a hotel. Ridiculously narrow and short! A contractor's truck was sticking way out into one of the traffic aisle entrances and everyone had to maneuver around it. Might suggest contractor's staying overnight with large vehicles park at the end of the parking lot to avoid any future mishaps or accidents.”

“Overall, the place is good - very new and well-maintained. Issue with our say is that the laminate floors in the room were not properly cleaned and mopped. Difficult to accept this when you have young babies, walking and crawling, and their feet are black due to how dirty the floor is. We did request that they be cleaned twice however, for some reason, the cleaning staff did not address this. It seems that they are cutting costs on the cleaning side being that they only replace towels and take……
