"Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch, somit war die Kommunikation problemlos möglich. Seine Tochter lebt auf der Anlage und hat den Check-in übernommen, das war in ca. 5 Minuten erledigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow auf der großzügigen Anlage. Einiges Manko ist, dass man auf ein Auto/Fahrzeug angewiesen ist, um z.B in die Stadt oder an den Strand zu kommen. Zu Fuß ist es zu weit und der Weg führt...

"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"Das Meer sieht man vom Aussenbereich und von dem Dachflächenfenstern aus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bad und Schlafzimmer sind praktisch und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Wobei die Dusche niedrig ist und die Befestigung des Duschvorhangs besser nicht berührt wird - sonst stürzt alles ab. Da man vom Hof direkt aufs Bett schauen kann, muss der Fensterbalken zu bleiben. Dadurch ist es halt recht finster. Für große Menschen und solche die gerne kochen, ist das Haus nicht geeignet. Die...

"Great location, limited restaurant options if you’re not half board with the hotel (close to Pula via taxi though). We found the room really clean and facilities were good although we stayed in the annex building, not the main hotel which I wasn’t aware of during booking."
