「I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. Spoke/mumbled very fast and was immediately frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. We went on with our stay, not wanting to let it ruin the hotel experience. I checked my bank and realized $200 was on hold. I called the hotel figure out what’s going on and was told “the system has been double charging...

「Hotel was super clean! Beds were made daily, fresh towels, trash emptied. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lots of shopping and dining just minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.」

Upon arriving in our room, the front panel of the vanity was missing and leaning against the wall in our closet area. We were happy there was no carpet, but after walking from the shower to the bed, our feet were dirty from the room floor. The pool was disgusting.
