"Clean room and friendly staff. Large breakfast eating area and they don't seem to mind if you order in for dinner and use the tables to eat, which is nice."

"The stay here was amazing and convenient. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping made sure to keep our room stocked with towels. They even organized and kept the beds made as well. The room was very spacious, enough for a family of 5 to be comfortable. Various locations to eat nearby and we door dashed food with no problems. Weather didn’t permit but the pool was clean. The continental breakfast was very convenient, they kept the station stocked and constantly cleaned which I can appreciate. I will definitely stay here again!! "

"Nothing went well. This place was totally unprepred for us with not a singke toilet paper or towel in any bathroom, the place was hot as the ac was nit working. Leaking celling with wet, gross looking towels on the floor in the living room...i can go on and on..."

"THE HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPONDS ON TIME. MY GROUP AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRIME LOCATION. THE POOL WAS HEATED AND CLEAN. HOST WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING TO SOME OF THE SLIGHT MISHAPS AND I SURELY DO APPRECIATE IT, LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE STAYS WHEN VISITING AGAIN. "

"This home has great potential! It has wonderful gathering spaces, a beautiful pool, outdoor games, a swing set for the littles, and loads of bedrooms/bathrooms for a large group. HOWEVER, we definitely had some issues while there. There were two big problems: 1. The pool thermostat was broken and was not reading the correct water temperature, so kept heating the water. When we arrived, the water was 110* degrees--definitely not usable for children or adults. Maintenance did come the next day, however, all that could be done was to turn off the heater and let the water cool down. (Not easily done with sunshine and 80* days.) By the second night, the adults used the pool as a hot tub, and the kids could finally get into the water on the third day. 2. The AC froze up twice! Again, maintenance came both times. The second time, it was determined that more freon was needed. (Why did it take 2 trips?) There were also other smaller issues. For example, a stabilizing bar for the kitchen sink faucet is missing so the flexible faucet swung around and sprayed water when turned on. For a house this size, there were limited plates/silverware and no serving bowls, etc. Also, we had just enough towels for everyone to have just one towel. With a 6 day stay, we definitely had to do laundry. Any of these issues would not be a big problem on its own, however all together it felt like a lot! While this home might be a mansion, it needs some upkeep and TLC to make it "majestic." "

"The host was incredibly responsive. The home had many things to keep children occupied. We had 12 people stay and 6 of those were children. I would recommend having fewer people. While people can sleep on the couch and pull out bed, it was not ideal. "
