Fab place, self check-in a bit complicated though

Interesting place - no staff, self check-in, clean and good facilities. The self checkin code to collect the key wad hidden in an email, whereas you are lead to believe it's on the 'guest web portal'. So took me a while to find the code in the relevant email on arrival. The check-in, including various emails and online portals is a bit complicated.

Can sleep but if you are not allergic to the smoke

It’s a room in student accommodation. Bathroom was super dirty with animals hairs, everything was dirty and super loudly. Someone smoked from the balcony on the up floor the whole night. It was a nice person who assisted me with a booking who names Rose. Very nice and helpful person 🌸💜 if you have any questions contact her 💜

William Davidson stay

Was terrible , ruined my entire stay as we could not check in and the 24/7 help line didn’t help for 5.5 hours whilst I was sat outside, didn’t even get a chance to look around the city. Guests were taking drugs in the main lobby, when I eventually got to my room the bed wasn’t made and seemed dirty .

Took two hours to check in after which time they had to move me and many other guests to another building in order to get their automated key system to work. Then when I came back to my room I found in crawling with all kinds of bugs from ants to beetles to wasps. Then the customer service when confronted with this did their best to not give a refund. Never use this hotel.

Der Charme eines Stundenhotels

Nun für Zürich Verhältnisse mögen 90,-sfr pro Übernachtung nicht teuer sein und auf der Straße übernachten wäre unangenehmer gewesen. Der Begriff "Hotel" sollte im Zusammenhang mit diesen Räumlichkeiten nicht genannt werden. Mein Zimmer war sauber und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Haustüre ist sehr laut beim Schließen und man hört es extrem. Für manchen mag es passen, wer seine Toilette bzw. das Bad im Zimmer haben möchte sollte Abstand nehmen.

Questo ostello e' terrificante, e il trattamento che io e la mia amica abbiamo ricevuto e' inaccettabile. Al momento dell'arrivo nella lobby, il codice che mi avevano inviato per e-mail non funzionava. Non c'è mai nessuno dello staff presente e l'unico modo per ricevere assistenza e' scrivere su WhatsApp al numero indicato nella e-mail di prenotazione. Dopo 1 ora e mezzo di attesa ci hanno dato il codice giusto, siamo entrate in camera e abbiamo subito visto che non era stata pulita dopo il check out del cliente precedente. Le lenzuola erano infatti state usate, gli asciugamani erano sporchi e c'erano briciole di cibo sui mobili. Le foto evidenziano quello che ho raccontato, c'era anche la spazzatura lasciata da un'altra persona in un sacchetto. Essendo molto tardi non avevamo altra scelta se non quella di dormire li'. Dopo molta insistenza ci hanno fatto un rimborso di metà della cifra spesa, ma non basta a compensare il disagio, non e' legale affittare camere sporche e con lenzuola e asciugamani usati! Abominevole, vergognoso, non lo consiglio assolutamente.
