「Excellent experience with the staff. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I have no other words. They do have to work on mini bars and water but other than that very nice. Keep in mind the beach is a bit of a walk and you have to book seats early. Amazing place all around. Violet」

「The parking and entry area is under construction 2-their elevator system is broken and was not repaired during our stay, 3- we were put in a room on the fourth floor to which we needed to carry our bags to ( up five flights of stairs ). 4- When we finally got to our room, it was incredibly hot( no one had checked the room prior to our arrival for temperature control). 5- When we asked for a/c to be turned on, the women at reception was unable to do so and was waiting for a service person to...

「Very nice hotel with a great views! Room was very comfortable and very clean. Nice floors and bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great! Marcelo was the best of all the staff! So friendly and pleasant which we appreciated so much being a guest in your lovely country.」

「Such a beautiful hotel and lovely staff! Thank you all」

「Nice hotel. Good location just off the beach & main road. Would stay again.」

「Nice breakfast and location. However, rooms do not look like in the photos. The property needs desperately renovation- especially the bathroom: broken things etc.」

I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...

「Very nice five night stay in a beautiful family suite. The positives — Gorgeous views of the sea, the city, and the mountains. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. The negatives — Beach service and food choice at the beach was underwhelming and not what I am accustomed to in a luxury beach accommodation. Went to dinner in the hotel the first night and did return. Staff are not properly trained. Our server was pompous. It’s a really bad idea to lecture guests about the quality of...

「Very clean and pleasant hotel. The setting is unusual as it’s upstairs in a shopping centre but it’s really nice inside. The breakfast was fantastic. Nice coffee.」
