Two negatives were the dog smell in the lounge and poor state of plants in pots. While the dog smell is probably unavoidable as dogs are allowed, the dead plants brought about a depressing impression. "Beach view through trees another hotel infront but good view of front. Staff were all very good and happy to serve. Room was clean, some areas are a bit worn but progress is happening to update. Its an old building Bar was very well stocked especially for their cocktails . Nice atmosphere"
