“The room I was initially given had a gutted A/C unit with exposure to the outdoor elements. I called front desk, where they proceeded to change rooms but offered no apology except that they had been out for a few days and did not know the room did not have an A/C unit.”

“The bed was hard as bricks. It was very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. They now charge you ten dollars a day to park in their parking lot. Where else are you supposed to park? You're already paying for the hotel room. It's ridiculous. There is no free breakfast anymore either.”

“The only coffee you can get in this "resort" is the nasty stuff they leave in your room with the powered creamer. The only other option was the resort's "fancy" coffee shop. For $6 you get a cup of poor quality coffee, even worse than what they have in the room. They don't even have just a plain cup of coffee.”
