The room was absolutely beautiful. We checked in with Bryan who was wonderful. When he found out we were attending the B52s concert he put us in a room that was perfectly located by the theater. A Sphere view is a must. A terrific stay!

Rooms were not the cleanest. Staff was friendly. Many places in the hotel (food court and gift shops) were overcharging on tabs/receipts for items not even purchased, pay attention to all purchases made and ask for receipts to verify.

Room was clean Very low staff on duty. Took an hour and a half to check in. Only 2 staff on duty to check people in, when they know 3 Pm is check in time. Self Check in did not Work likely the wifi was Compromised. Brutal just brutal
