The staff was super courteous and helpful. The hotel was quite clean and the grounds were beautiful and impressively kept. The breakfast was an absolute highlight of the trip and I highly recommend the rooms with the private thermal pools.

Everything was perfect , friendly staff , Carlos was very good giving us instructions , we loved the hot springs and the food was yummy in the restaurant in the pool ,from our room 124 we had a nice view to the volcano also have a extra jacussi with the volcano view , we would love to go back

Beautiful property, especially during Christmas with really nice decor. If you like history you will love it, historic hotel built in 1893. Rooms were spacious and clean, we tried the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, food was good, service was very good and prices were reasonable. Very close ...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and they are the most affordable property in the area. The mattresses were a, little firm for my taste, but still good. We'd definitely come back and stay there.
