Good options were good

This was property was centrally located next to everything that a first time visitor would like to experience. The access to the parks, museums, the Riverwalk and dining options makes for an enjoyable trip. The only downside was having to wait a considerable time for the elevators. Having 5 elevators and not all running at the same time, led to long wait times for a popular hotel with many guests.

Easy check-in process and very convenient location, less than a 10-minute walk from the terminal, which is perfect after a long travel day. Check-in was quick and efficient. Food options on-site were quite pricey; I paid $15 for a drink and a Snickers bar when I arrived around 11:30 p.m. The room itself was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Bathroom was basic, nothing special. The room included a fridge but no microwave, which would have been useful. Overall, it’s a solid choice for an overnight layover,clean, convenient, and easy, though expect higher food prices.

The property was clean and staff was pleasant. I had a room on the 12th floor view was amazing however the air didn’t seem to get as cold as it could have. Other than that it was a great experience. Will revisit

Even after Expedia includes parking and free internet while staying, front desk charges $12/day for internet and $25/day for parking claiming parking is 40%discount. Not a good business to sneak in petty charges after the booking.
