The staff was friendly. The premises were well kept. But common sense hospitality was completely missing. Because we were only staying one night, they gave us a room directly in front of the pickle ball courts. People were using it and blasting loud music until after 1:15 in the morning. The staff knew what they were doing. I can look past the cockroach encounter and even the towel mishap but when staff purposefully give you a "bad room" to see if you complain or not, that's horrible customer service.

Absolutely stunning hotel, especially the beautiful outdoor spaces at night and the well-maintained amenities. However, the room I stayed in had a really bad smell and noisy super loud ventilation, which unfortunately disrupted what could have been a peaceful and comfortable stay. Despite that, I definitely loved the hotel and would stay here again.
