Staff and front desk were really friendly and helpful . Hotel was clean , very homely energy also . Safe with the doorman there sometimes. Spa has a sauna steam cold plunge . Thankyou for a lovely time.

The hotel is a gem in Florence. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the location is perfect for wandering. When we return, we will stay here again for sure.
