All staffs are very attentive and helpful.
The room we stayed at was bit warned out and bathtub was bit dusty. However overall our stay was pleasant and would like to return to stay again in the future.

This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool .
Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff .
Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel .

The buggy service was very efficient - very frequent
We were kindly upgraded to a premier room on the 9th Floor and received complimentary cocktails and canapés which were delicious
The staff are wonderful and the facilities were great. Will definitely stay there again to and from KL
