The staff is what makes this hotel a great place to stay. Professional and friendly are the best descriptors for them. The hotel also has a very good location. Don’t let the facade of the building put you off as this is a very nice place to stay while in Lyon.

The hotel in the advert and in person is way different. The door can open by code to get inside. From inside you must push it hard to make sure it is locked. Toilet is a joke. Clean room. A bit small. Not easy to seat two people. We had to swap rooms as the hob blew the fuse as they are old which was fine and staff were very helpful. No extractor fan in kitchenette. Good shower. Luggage storage available at reception. Recycling bins in reception would be helpful.
