The only downfall was we traveled an overnight flight from Boston to London. When we got there in the morning at 8 AM, our room was not ready till 3 PM. We had no place to rest or shower. That was the downfall.

Had a great stay while in the city for work. Well located - short walk to many pubs, cafes, shopping, etc. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet was great.

I liked how close it was to transit and the central location. The view was very nice.
I didnt like that the air conditioner was not working, the rooftop bar was booked for a special event, there was no do not disturb sign so house keeping tried to come in when I was alseep, and there were 3 tissues in the tissue box.
