「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」

「Advertised as Family friendly so we booked an expensive 1 night stay. For myself my wife and my 4 year old daughter as it had a swimming pool. We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB. We were going to get a relatively early and restful night but the loud base and music until midnight put pay to that. Our room was facing the open door of the after venue and...

「Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances.」
