“My room was quiet considering the neighborhood below the hotel is a busy pub area”

“The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.”

“In a lovely historic building set within pleasant grounds, especially as the wisteria was in flower. Very helpful staff, lovely room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was perhaps a little disappointing- dry basic with little choice of healthy cereal or cooked food if you are vegetarian. Overall very good though.”

“Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.”

“沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。”

“整體很不錯，房間提供設施也很滿意，只是略嫌枱面的照明燈不足夠而已。 最特別是在大堂提供糖果，還提供小紙袋讓住客取，這個服務很特別和有點讓人驚喜。 ”

“Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances.”
