Really lovely stay. Rooms are always nice, staff are friendly and the breakfast was delicious. A really great stay when visiting the Pleasure Beach.

The hotel is located opposite the Bournemouth International Centre which is handy if you are going to a concert like us. Our room (306) very dated but clean. The TV was very small and the remote (filthy) didn’t work even though reception replaced the batteries. The bar was not open for us to use ...

Unfortunately this beautiful hotel is going into disrepair and needs renovations. Breakfast was average. Above all, they need to pay for cleaning as almost every corridor needs cleaning. Room was small but sadly not clean! I rather not to look at the radiator as it was full of cog-webs, spots, .. ...
