Windley Key Beach Holidays

Great place location

The apartment we rented had everything we needed. Rooms were a little smaller than pictured but definitely comfortable enough for 3 adult guests. At checkout I requested a copy of my bill and they refused, saying it was because the reservation was through a third party! I did call the hotel a few days ago and the person to whom I spoke did send me a copt of the bill by email. Except for that issue we were very pleased with the accommodation and I would stay there again.

You can not get a hold of the main desk so just make sure you’re aware of that. If you need anything, you have to walk downstairs other than that everything in the hotel was amazing. It really is a great hotel beside the fact that you can’t get a hold of the front desk.

The stay was in a good area, the place was clean. However communication with the host was terrible I needed additional accommodation or assistance and I could never get in touch with anyone. In addition, the property staff who were in the building never could answer any of my questions or get in contact with my host either

Deceiving photos and description for this property. It’s definitely not a five star. Definitely not worth the money. The little bar outside was unimpressive and truthfully such a disappointment. The pool is 100% basic. The rooms have a cheap motel vibe. I don’t understand.
