“This is a pretty property that is near the water and several restaurants. Our room was overlooking the boat ramp, which we weren't expecting and someone was cleaning their boat right below us for several hours. For some reason they have speakers all around the property that were planning music until sunset, even though not many people were around and there are rooms right there. If you like music, you'll probably like it, if you want quiet, perhaps not. The staff were nice. The breakfast pretty……

“The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.”

“The property was beautiful. Clean room, friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that they reference a continental breakfast but it was on the minimal side. More of a convenient grab and go then what I would consider a continental breakfast. However, there were plenty of options outside of the resort to go get food so this was a small thing. ”

“Front desk guy was super rude, disrespectful and gross. We rented a room for 6 max capacity (suite) and he was only letting 2 stay and making us pay for the extra 4 people, completely ignoring the fact we booked a room for 6 max capacity. We tried every possible way to fix the situation, but he only showed a bad attitude and gave us the worst treatment we have ever received! Neither we nor our family and friends will ever rent here again! Avoid the bad experience and don’t go here! DO NOT……
