North Austin Beach Holidays

Hotel was in a great area - very easy to get around. Breakfast was sufficient for continental. We didn’t eat at the attached restaurant, but heard good things and it’s convenient that it’s on property. Beds were very small (my fault for not noting that they were doubles) and the bathroom was a little odd - toilet and shower were very low to the ground. It was also a little noisy at night. Not sure I would stay again, but it was a fine hotel.

Excellent location, close to all attractions in Austin. Spacious condos, modern styles. Easy parking, I literally felt like being at home there. The only negative was the AC's lowest temperature set point was 68 degrees, not the perfect temperature for my sleep, and the rooms were a bit less cold than the living room because of the limited air pressure. That was a struggle; I like my room to be colder. Absolutely recommended!

Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food in it that was burning when we tried to pre-heat and use. Pictures on wall slanted. Clock hand fell off when we walked in the door for the very first time. Just a bunch of extremely cheap furnishings. Brought up concerns to owner and they were not pleasant. We were never looking for money back, but rather to simply bring these items to their attention. Had we caused any of these items ourselves, we would have cleaned them or dealt with them, but to say we were disappointed in the condition of the apartment upon check in, would be understating how bad it was. Thankfully we didnt have to spend much time in the apartment, it was not worth the amount spent.
