We expected better. The rooms are great, but the quality throughout this hotel varies..
outside, we were unable to stay by the pool. We were SWARMED by bees. My husband got stung, our kid got stung. We let the property manager know and they promised to get back to us about this issue, we have yet to hear back from them. Very unsafe and unpleasant conditions outside by the pool. The amount of sun beds in comparison to amount of guests in this hotel is just a joke. Before breakfast we would have to go down and save a seat because by the time breakfast is over they’re all taken. Some days we couldn’t get a sun bed at all..
the staff don’t seem to take their job seriously.
