It's very good to have kitchen, washing machine and clothes dryer. Good service and nice staff. It's great to have balcony. Nice experience. If the room is bigger that will be better but I am satisfied for the experience in the hotel. And good location for near the bus stop and train station. It's appreciated

Overall is good, front desk staff are helpful, location is excellent, the facilities are clean and room is spacious. Only a few disappointments like when my stay nearly come to an end ( something like the 9th night out of 12 nights stay)and the body wash went out... the housekeeping staff seemed just put water into the bottle. Sometimes housing keeping staff didn't clean up my room, once I left the room in noon and came back at 11pm, and the room is untouched. However, it's still a nice place to stay and I am willing to visit this hotel again.

I chose to stay there for my graduation trip because it is very near to UWA and it is one of the safest area along Mounts Bay Road in Perth. There is a great restaurant just right next to the main reception so you do not have to worry if you are hungry and tired to go out at night.

The King size bed was actually just two single beds put together so it was very uncomfortable in the middle. The room’s window was inward facing so the window was directly facing the elevator and walkways. This means the blinds has to be down the whole time. The room was also on top of the restaurant and bar on the ground floor. So it was extremely noisy until like 11pm. When asked about a room change, the staff responded “that’s just the room you book and there is not much we can do”, while the listing did not mention the “combined” single beds or the inward facing windows. Def not worth the price for such poor environment and the staff attitude.

Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Good city view in the room
